What we Offer Agents
Let's be honest, there's a reason why they call agents independent contractors. It's because most Brokerages expect agents to be independent of them until it comes time to split your commission. I've worked for major brokerages and never received a single lead or felt that the company really promoted me in any way. |
What I did get from the companies I have worked for were strict guidelines regarding how low I could negotiate a commission, a dose of paranoia regarding agents in my own office wanting to steal my clients and marketing advice that was so obvious, it was of little value. I was also often nickel-and-dimed to death with fees for everything.
Vabrato is a local company looking to grow its business by providing agents the tools they need to succeed in a fun environment without all the fees. We allow agents a large amount of latitude in negotiating commissions with their clients. We assist them with marketing materials and strategies to help them succeed. We are also quite proud of our excellent market research which truly allows us to call ourselves market experts. In addition to all this, we also offer generous commission splits.
In the spirit of full disclosure, our agents currently work out of home offices, if we require an office to meet our clients, we have been invited by some of our business partners to use their facilities.

Competence must be the goal of everyone working for Vabrato. If you just want to wing it, we are not the company for you. We don't expect everyone to know everything about real estate, but we expect our agents to strive to continuously better themselves and never offer advice to a client if they are not confident of its accuracy. Our goal is to grow Vabrato to be synonymous with superb real estate knowledge and service.

- We're looking for agents that have already successfully closed at least 10 transactions in San Mateo County.
