but don't depend on a service to find you one. Many of these services will want 25-50% of a realtor's commission for the referral.
Why not find the realtor yourself and ask for the savings? I don't like the idea of an entire industry constructed around siphoning someone else's pay - more middlemen don't benefit anyone other then themselves. In addition, it's typically the more desperate agents that participate in these services. We're not a rare commodity in the Bay Area, nobody needs help finding one of us!
