Goldie has been involved in land development and real estate for most of her life. She received a BA in Psychology in 1980 from the University of Ottawa in Canada’s capital city and worked in the family business for many years. She was the Project Manager for land purchases, development and sales including several single family subdivisions and commercial properties in the Niagara Peninsula.
The California coast called out to her and she made the move to San Francisco in 1992 where she helped her brother start the first HIV/Aids pharmacy in the Castro district. After selling the pharmacy, her entrepreneurial spirit led her to other unique business opportunities. Goldie moved to Los Angeles for several years where she purchased fixer homes for remodel and enjoyed the southern California lifestyle. Missing the Bay area, she moved back up to the Peninsula in 2001 where she now specializes in Silicon Valley real estate.
