I cannot say enough positive things about Vivienne. Not only is she an amazing realtor but she is also a client of mine and a personal friend. After many years of selflessly sending referrals my way and getting nothing in return, while also remaining a client herself, I was finally in the position to allow Viv to show me how amazing and professional she could be in her field of work. My husband and I made an impulsive decision to sell our Redwood Shores town home and relocate outside of the Bay Area. Selling during the middle of a pandemic was probably not a decision for someone who is sane, but we did it anyway. We had already found a house and were in contract and so it was imperative that we sell our town house as soon as possible to avoid losing our dream home. Viv handled the process from beginning to end like a pro. She guided us step by step through what we needed to do to get the house ready, lined up so many perspective buyers that we were overwhelmed with showings and also calmed and alleviated our fears when we started approaching the deadline and had not yet received an acceptable offer. In the end we got a wonderful buyer under the wire and will be closing escrow any day now. Viv was also VERY cognizant about being safe during COVID and provided us with an entire kit with booties, masks, hand sanitizer along with multiple signs telling perspective buyers not to touch things if possible. As someone who is at higher risk of COVID, I REALLY appreciated how seriously Viv took our safety into consideration. I really cannot say enough good things about her. She was kind, funny, enthusiastic, professional, receptive to any questions we had and just made what can be a stressful experience much more enjoyable all the way around. Whoever posted that 1 star review yesterday is totally insane. It seemed more like a complaint about a friendship that didn't work out, then about Viv as a professional. It's always sad when someone airs their dirty laundry on a site such as this, but I guess some people just need attention. If you have a property to sell or are looking for a new home to purchase, Viv is the realtor you should choose. She truly bends over backwards for all of her clients.
