Viv and Mark were very easy and pleasant to work with, very competent and knowledgeable, and got things done faster than I imagined. An example: I told them it was time to get started the week before Thanksgiving. To my surprise, they managed to get all four of the necessary inspections done the week of Thanksgiving. That’s efficicney! Finally, my property was probably one of the smaller ones that they represented. Yet I always felt like I was their only client. I recommend them very highly.
