I moved from Wales, UK to the San Francisco Peninsula in 2001 with my husband and two young children, eventually settling in San Carlos. My passion for homes began early, inspired by my father’s work as a plasterer, and I often joined him on construction sites during school vacations. After moving to the Bay Area, I studied interior design at Canada College in Redwood City, opened my own staging and design business, and later transitioned into real estate, earning my license in 2012 and broker’s license in 2016.
My design background allows me to see both the functional and aesthetic potential of every property. I help buyers envision what a home could become and guide sellers on strategic updates that add value and attract the right buyers. Over 95% of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals, a testament to the trust built through clear communication, tailored solutions, and lasting relationships. I specialize in senior downsizing, relocation, and complex estate and probate sales, supported by my team’s expert legal resources.
Over the years, I’ve been honored to receive multiple awards, including Realty World’s 2018 Hall of Fame Top Company Award. Beyond the transaction, I’m passionate about helping clients feel truly at home in their new communities and remain a trusted resource long after closing. Many people forget their realtor’s name, but my clients remember mine because our relationship doesn’t end when the keys change hands.
I graduated from the University of Warwick in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences, specializing in Microbiology and Virology, but real estate is where I’ve found my true calling.
